A Humble Beginning ...
PT. Samco Farma was established during post World War II, in a small mom-and-pop store in Chinatown, Central Jakarta – Indonesia as an importer of traditional Chinese medicine. The store was well patronised and business was growing rapidly. An astute businessman, the founder at that time decided to expand the business and moved the business activity to the current premises at Tangerang - Banten.
Job vacancies were immediately opened to reduce unemployment, and this created a positive community development in the neighbourhood.
